Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with a broad and balanced skills base to enable them to work in an administrative area in any business sector. The financial services sector is a highly complex and heavily regulated sector within the Irish economy. Banks, insurance companies, credit unions and funds management companies are at the centre of this sector. The specialist modules in this course provide students with an insight into this sector including the organisation structures, the regulatory environment and roles and responsibilities of the key players. These specialist modules will complement the core modules in the course and prepare students for employment within the financial services sector.

Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied or LCVP or FETAC/QQI Level 4 Award. Equal consideration will be given to mature applicants (those aged over 23) who do not meet these entry requirements.
